Step 3: The Home Search

Even though there are so many amazing homes in Austin, we know you don’t have time to look at all of them. Lucky for you we are pretty darn good at anticipating our clients needs. So, we will only be presenting you with homes we know you’ll want to see. And as we tour homes, we’ll keep track of everything to make sure you are making a fully-informed decision.

Step 4: Make an Offer

Congrats, you found a home you want! Now you’ll need to come up with an offer. Fortunately this isn’t our first rodeo — we know what works. We’ll help you come up with an offer that will stand out and be compelling in this competitive market.

Step 5: Contract

They accepted your offer! It’s time to negotiate the contract. Before your eyes gloss over, don’t worry! We are experts with real estate contracts and we’ll make it easy for you to navigate and negotiate the contract and all the addendums, notices, and entire process.

Step 6: Inspection

Sometimes there are issues that we can’t see on the surface. An inspector will point out any issues you should be aware of before purchasing your home. We will then negotiate to accommodate necessary repairs.

Step 7: Appraisal

Your lender will want to make sure they are making a good investment on this property, so they will send over their appraiser to value the home and tell them if the price is right.

Step 8: Closing

This is it! We’ll be there with you as you sign the final documents and get a special new addition to your keychain!

Step 9: Moving Day
