Step 1: The Listing Appointment
Once you reach out to us, we’ll set up a listing appointment. Here we will get to know you and your needs, and work with you to come up with a plan for selling your home. It’s also when we will officially become your agent, fighting for you at every step!
Step 2: Deciding on a Price
It’s a science (and a bit of an art). Not pricing your home right can cause quite the headache in the long run. Using our experience and current market reserach, we’ll make sure your home is priced at the right level, giving you a great value and a short stay on the market.
Step 3: Staging Your Home
Never underestimate the power of good staging. We can help you with plenty of tips, but if you are really serious about it, we can definitely steer you in the direction of some really great local stagers.
Step 4: Marketing
We’ll create a plan using a combination of new and traditional marketing techniques to make sure serious buyers know about your home,. And if you are ever curious about what we are doing to market your home, just ask. We don’t mind spilling our secrets.
Step 5: Showings
We’ll be honest, this isn’t the most fun step — but it is necessary. You’ll need to make sure your home is always in a presentable state, and you’ll need to find another place to hang out while the house is being shown.
Step 6: Review Offers
Multiple people want to buy your house. Now, how to decide which offer to choose. It might not be as simple as you think. But don’t worry, we’ll be right there to explain it all.
Step 7: Negotiate the Contract
You accepted an offer! It’s now time to negotiate the contract. We know what you want and we’ll fight tooth and nail for it.
Step 8: Inspection
The buyer will have an inspection done to make sure there are no surprises. You will have filled out a form that discloses all known issues, but sometimes there are unknown issues. That’s the inspector’s job to find. After the inspection, we’ll negotiate with the buyer to decide who will pay for necessary repairs.
Step 9: Closing
It’s here! We’ll be right beside you as you get all the final documents signed and the sale is consummated.

Don’t stress! We’ll will have negotiated with the buyer to make sure you have plenty of time to comfortably move out. Say your last goodbyes to the home, but not to us. We’ll always be there when you need us again.
